ONE Coin Flow

Overview

ONE is the Harmony network’s native coin. In-game, ONE is used to pay on‑chain execution costs (gas) and certain native fees (e.g., when spending turns). It complements LOP, which powers most in‑game economy actions, burns, and rewards.

Where ONE Is Required

  1. Blockchain Gas (all transactions) Every on‑chain interaction—placing buildings, producing items, listing/buying on the marketplace, sending resources, wars, clan actions—requires a small gas fee paid in ONE. ( Generally 0.07 per TX )

  2. Turn Usage (progression fee) When you spend turns via useTurns, the call must include a native coin value equal to the fee configured on‑chain: turnFeeWei. This value is paid in ONE and is subject to change by contract governance/updates. ( 0.1 ONE per turn usage TX )

How the ONE Flow Works

  1. Prepare your wallet Hold enough ONE to cover gas and any native fees required by the contracts you’ll call. ( 50-100 ONE is enough for the first couple of weeks )

  2. Perform actions

    • Every transaction spends a small amount of ONE on gas.

  3. Where the ONE goes

    • Gas is paid to the Harmony network (validators).

    • Turn Usage ONE fee (0.1 ONE) goes to 5 addresses equally;

Design Rationale

  • Network Sustainability: Native fees + gas deter spam and align costs with on‑chain load.

  • Clear Role Separation: LOP = utility/burn/reward token; ONE = execution and required native fees.

Player Checklist

  • Keep a small buffer of ONE for gas and native fees.

  • If a transaction fails with “insufficient funds,” top up your ONE balance.

FAQ

Q: Is ONE burned by the game? A: No. Gas goes to the Harmony network, Fee goes to the reward receivers.

Q: Does ONE replace LOP? A: No. ONE enables execution; LOP drives the in‑game economy (sinks, burns, rewards).

Q: Can the ONE fee for turns change? A: Yes. According to the network's condition, it can change slightly.
