Turn ( Time ) System
Overview
The Turn Usage System is the fundamental mechanic that governs progression and actions within the game. Turns represent the passage of time and the effort a player invests in developing their land, producing resources, upgrading technologies, and preparing for combat. Proper management of turns is essential to balance growth, defense, and offense.
Turn Mechanics
Turn Generation:
Players accumulate turns over time. ( +1 turn for every 10 minutes )
Maximum cap: 600 turns per tile.
Turn Cost:
Standard transaction fee (Generally 0.07 ONE) + ONE based in game economy fee (0.1 ONE)
Turn Usage:
Players must actively spend turns to progress their tile’s resource income.
Turn usage rewards with LOP tokens;
( Year 1: TurnAmount x 2, Year 2: TurnAmount x 1, Year 3: TurnAmount / 2, Year 4: TurnAmount / 4, Year 5: TurnAmount / 8 )
Using Turns
Execute Use Turns:
Players can choose how many turns to use at once (1 or more).
Requires paying a turn fee in the native coin (e.g., 0.1 ONE equivalent).
Each turn advances resource production and progress toward the next level. ( Every new level bring +1 Attack and +1 Defense points )
Effects of Spending Turns:
Resource Production:
Food, Wood, Stone, Iron increase according to the tile’s bonus type.
Progress Bar:
Accumulated turns contribute toward leveling up the land.
Example: Every 1000 accumulated turns = next tile level.
Turn Economy
Maximum Stored: 600 turns per tile.
Cooldowns: Some actions (like defending) apply cooldown periods measured in turns. ( Attacker Cooldown: 150 turns, Defender Cooldown: 300 turns )
Strategic Use:
Using turns efficiently ensures steady growth.
Wasting turns (by letting them cap at 600) slows down progress.
UI & Feedback
Turn Counter: Displays current turns available (e.g., 250/600).
Progress Bar: Shows accumulated turns toward next level (e.g., 732/1000).
Defender Cooldown Display: Shows how many turns remain before the tile can defend again.
Notifications: Players are alerted when turns are capped or when turn actions succeed.
Strategic Importance
Resource Flow: Turns directly translate into resources and production.
Level Advancement: Higher-level tiles gain more attack and defense powers.
Time Management: Successful players balance between saving turns for defense/offense and using them for steady growth.
Summary
The Turn Usage System is the heartbeat of the game, tying together resources, buildings, and combat. Players who actively manage turns, avoid waste, and align usage with strategic goals will dominate the realm.
